Today we live our lives at a frantic pace, where each day becomes more of a blur than a memory.  At this accelerated rate, our purpose and values often become distorted.  Our relationships disintegrate faster than we can keep them in repair and our lifestyles become the by-products of our reckless existence--an existence in which we are known by our name and occupation, but not for who we are--an existence where we perform daily tasks without knowing why.

We need a place where we can reflect and attempt to recapture our perspectives; where we belong and where people truly care for each other.  We need a place where we can be accepted for who we are, yet challenged to be our very best.

At Bethel-St. Paul, we are such a place.  Together, we focus our lives on Jesus Christ.  Together, we reach out to one another with a love that is unconditional and affirming.  As family, we laugh and cry.  We agree and disagree.  We become angry and forgive, but whatever we do, we do it together. That togetherness  what makes us a family.
